The AVS PTA will be hosting the Missoula Children’s Theatre program from Monday, March 26th through Saturday, March 31st. For the spring theater residency, all AVS students in grades K, 2, 4, 6 and 8 are invited to audition for more than 50 roles. This spring’s production is King Arthur’s Quest. Completed permission slips are due by Friday, March 16th.
After auditions on Monday, March 26th, participating children will rehearse each day after school to finalize the production. No advance preparation is necessary for the auditions and all students in these grades are invited to participate. Please note that every assigned rehearsal and both performances are mandatory and lack of attendance will affect the ability to participate in future PTA-sponsored residencies.
After these daily rehearsals, the performances will be held on Friday, March 30th at 6:30pm and Saturday, March 31st at 11:00am in the Auburn Village School gymnasium. Even if your child is not participating, please mark your calendars now to come out and support the youth of the Auburn community while enjoying a great show!
