Special Education Parent Information Survey

The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED) is conducting its annual Parent Involvement survey for parents of students who receive special education services. This survey assesses how effectively school districts engage families to improve services for children with disabilities. Please complete one survey for each child you have receiving special education services. All responses are anonymous.
